What makes you think that by doing nothing to correct this health issue is going to make anything easier? You are trying to replace one problem with another. The original problem isn't going to just stop because you quit.
You have been doing a very good job at holding it all together thru all of this. All these little extra bits of fun just make it seem worse.
You will be OK. Take care of yourself and the kids. Life will fall into place. Might not be the place you want it, but it will be ok.
Come on now, even the most pessimistic guy you know can see that things will work out eventually for you.
I'd like to introduce you to Mr.Time. A complete prick, but he gets the job done.
