Realize where you are, how you are feeling. Be very slow to act on the negative and the irrational. I know, I've been there. Many times I have gone about life in the 'fog'. Sort of like too much alcohol but enough to know you should not drive so you don't. Learn to operate from this disadvantage. Eventually the feelings will pass. Try all options to get better...books...affordable care...a friend...
