Oh, shoot, I didn't see this post before I responded on the other thread.
Do you know if anything in particular brought on the change from doing pretty well to not so good? I've seen mentions of mood charting - keeping track of when the downswings hit and looking for a pattern. Sounds like a very tidy, organized thing to do, or like who the heck has time to sit around doing that? - depending on how crummy I'm feeling at the time.
