cyn, did you progress from one pill a day to two? Or go straight into two a day? Might make a difference if you backed off one pill for a couple of days...just don't throw the baby out with the bathwater...don't just give up if the med isn't working yet, try altering dosage.
I am on 3 a day, maxed out...and am on 3 effexor, not maxed, but heavy dosage...that is if you ask the insurance company...
When I first started the E, had more hand shakes...but, other than that, is great combination.
