I think DAML brings up a good point. There IS a difference between Depression and Personality.
Certainly people "fall out of love" routinely in life. It is not an unheard of occurrance.
I think the difference between the two is IF the D person claiming loss of love is at a healthy place in understanding their disease. If they are in control and are making these statements when lucid, then perhaps the love truly is gone. We all know how D can change the dynamics of a relationship.
The question then remains...if you truly are NOT in love with your wife, are you willing to work to regain that? Or is it over?
