Please realize that I was not trying to provoke any ill feelings in my questioning as we all just want as much understanding as possible. We ask the same questions over and over and over, yet we never seem to get any closer to really "getting" what you go through so I appreciate that we had this opportunity in you today.
The thing with depression is that you could talk to us until you're blue in the face and have no breath left to describe what you feel (or don't!) and we, as Fallouts, will never fully get a handle on this illness. We don't suffer so we can't possibly completely understand. But we try. That is the best we can do. And you try. That is the best you can do. I suppose that is why we are all here reaching out to one another and keeping this connection alive. It makes us feel closer to our loved ones by hearing your side of it. Staying in touch and knowing our words, experiences, thoughts may help another gives us all hope. Someone, somewhere, someday will be read your words and learn a great deal.
We are all, in fact, throwing stones in the river ... creating ripple effects.
Thank you for reaching inside yourself, pulling out that stone and throwing it into the river.
Creating ripple effects...
All the best.
xx
