I've noticed with my DSO that I am constantly corrected for my grammer or misuse of a word in context.
I'm trying to portray my feelings and my DSO is trying to teach me 3rd grade grammer. Frustrating when all you want to get out of the coversation is how they feel.
I am constantly held to comments I made in the past...some as far as 2 years ago:
DSO: "You said you didn't like chocolate!?!"
ME: "I didn't feel like chocolate pie that evening [6 mos ago]."
DSO: "Why did you lie about you liking chocolate!?!?"
so frustrating.... but I am thankful for finding ways to recognize how to avoid these arguments by those contributing to this board. Thank you so much.
