let's start over....

appetizer = cold shrimp with wasabi ginger sauce
and RED wine (RED wine is good for you)

dinner = chicken stuffed with fetta cheese served over a bed of raw spinach, fresh basil
with balsamic dressing with a side of butternut squash
with more RED wine

dessert = a fruit triffle.....
layers of angel food cake.....
raspberry yogurt
and then a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and peaches....
then some fat-free whip cream
and then some chopped nuts....
repeat over and over.......
served with coffee and fat free 1/2 and 1/2

AND that is exactly WHY my size 4's don't fit anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!
