In my opinion .. A good therapist will guide you .... A good therapist will help you work through issues that you have..
A good therapist will help you look at YOU ... the role you play within the relationship etc etc..
A good therpist will guide YOU to finding the solutions YOU need to live your best life..

I think some people have a misconception that .. they will go to see a therapist and the therapist WILL Have all the answers .. as to what to do .. how to cope..
I believe that we all have the answers within ourselves... we sometimes just need guidance in working out what the answers are..

Good luck with it.. embrace it.. you will learn lots about yourself if you are open and ready to grow..
