L.... Im glad you went to a therapist.. Im sure you will learn alot.. especially about YOU

Im sure as you get further down the road with therapy you will find ways to cope better with your husband ... I think thats the key... to learn how to cope.. to not take things personally ... to make sure you are as focussed on your own life.. your own wellbeing as you are, your husbands.
