You said it. I attempted to give her every kind of offer -- in fact ended up typing up exactly what she verbally agreed to and sent it to my lawyer who sent it to her lawyer; the most minimal possible thing, to continue the court date 30 days without prejudice. Her lawyer rejected that (and the 2-3 other compromises offered previously) and said my wife is ready to go to court in an hour. Whether it's my wife, or her by proxy (she picked a high conflict lawyer) it's clear that rational agreements aren't possible.
