Alicea - I am in the same boat as you, want to send my DSO a letter, but haven't quite worked out what i'm going to say and how to say it,as i don't want him to feel any guiltier than he already does,i think letting him know you are there for him is the best way forward, don't ask him any questions as it's unlikely you will get a reply - this is just my opinion.

Hanik - I can see where you are coming from, but surely if you tell him how well your doing and good your life is,surely it will just convince him that you are better off and happier without him and lessen the chance of him coming back to you? I don't think i could tell him that i'm doing well without him, when i'm not.

Erin - Your xDSO sounds very similar to mine, lovely, kind, considerate and also never a cross word between us,so why this?my mind is in complete disarray at the moment and i think it will be for a while. You come across as a very strong woman...and yes you do give very good advice

I told him that night that i love him and that i don't want anybody else, and that no other man has ever had such an effect on me,he just put his head down in shame
