Hanik- half way thru book at the moment. Seriously, this has put much of my thinking for the last 6 months on its head! Beginning to have a clear, complete, comprehensive first hand understanding of what a depressed person's life and mind are like.
What I like most about the book is that the author speaks in the first person about his depression- and he speaks directly to his care givers and bluntly says how he feels about the care giver, their actions and their trying to assist him. So enlightening!
Can't put the darn thing down!
Will advise soon.
p.s Hope you are doing well
