My Recent Posts
The sleep is something my husband struggles with while d. He cannot sleep through the night, gets up, plays on the computer, sleeps on the couch, wakes up to start his day & is exhausted because he did not get a good night's sleep, naps or sleeps past noon ---> so falling asleep or sleeping through the night is hard because of naps & then it starts all over again. Lack of sleep makes everything harder I think.
What decision do you need to make? Good luck with it whatever it is.
