His parents are "bury their heads in the sand" kind of people. The fact that he has managed to hide this from everyone else for the most part makes it worse - they think I'm being overly dramatic and that his problem is just with me.
i don't think that he has stopped taking his meds, but there's no real way for me to be sure. he let me go to his med check when he first left, they cut his Lexapro dosage in half, but I don't see that has made any difference with his emotions, he still seems very cold to me.
he has started reading the Depression Fallout book. I'm hoping he can see himself in it, and maybe realize that the depression is what's about to kill our marriage. All I am asking for is that he be willing to try to work on us, not even to come home right now. After 14 years, doesn't our relationship deserve a chance?
