The "I don't love you, I don't think I ever loved you" is typical depression speak. Just like the others have mentioned, it's not true. The depression is making them think it's true though. My xdgf added on that she thinks she wants to be with men (we're a same sex couple)...which is pretty much the same "I don't love you and never have" speak with an added twist.
Believe me, it's not you and what's she's saying isn't true. But again, the depression is making her think this. If she can't feel pleasure and love because of depression, then when she thinks about you now and in the past...she's not going to feel anything. And that's going to make her think that she must not love you...when reality is she can't feel love and the feelings that go along with love. So it's not you.
It sounds like she needs to take medication and get some therapy.
