DAML: Me too. I find negative thoughts seep into many of my daily thoughts. Even in mental clarity, I have the ‘knee jerk’ reaction to see and think things negatively. It is VERY hard to overcome. I have to take each thought and find a way around it. I hate being so cognitive of my moods, feelings, and actions. I wish I can easily not worry about those things. And since I am bi-polar, I even have to be aware of a manic episode as well. Tough stuff to conquer but we take it one moment at a time, and one day at a time, right? Hang in there. -WW
