I have vented on this board and received sooooooo much thoughtful help. I was advised long ago to go talk to a therapist. My husband and I BOTH need to go
but that is not happening. I will see a therapist next week. I do not even know how to begin in therapy. I don't want to paint a soley negative picture
(but the negatives are what I am bothered by). I don't know what I want (to stay in this relationship). How can I begin successful therapy. What would
help a therapist help me the most???
